Ordered breakfast through talabat .
Initially showed that the food will be delivered in 30 minutes. However it got delivered in 1 hour and 5 minutes. Possibly because of Ramadan timing.
Idily was good ( not as soft as expected ) .the coconut used in the chutney was tasting weird.
Ordered unni appam as mentioned in the menu- However they sent some other dish and when I called and asked them why no item as per order, they said it was not available ( could have called and informed rather than sending something else as per their wish ).
Puttu was good.
Mutton brain was not as expected .

Me and my friends went to this restaurant for a evening tea and and snacks but it was very bad experience for me and my friends I don’t know about the other dishes and other things but for me it was a bad experience and I will not refer to any of my friends and family

I have tried chicken biriyani recently from this restaurant , taste and quality was below average. Even the desert (payasam) not tasty.

I have ordered two beef biriyani and one big portion of beef fry .However,the biriyani was spoiled and started foul smelling from the dish.At the same time beef fry was in a small bowl and not worthy for 15 dhms .Also, not fried and no taste at all .I ordered through Zomato and seeking their help mean while .

Very Poor service. Was very much disappointed. Poor cleaning when requested to clean the table they did something for the namesake. Food remains of previous customers clinging with love to table. I had their beef dum biriyani. The pieces were very dry and few were even charred. Even received a small piece of steel wool (part of what they used for cleaning utensils). When I asked them about it they gave a reply like these are like just normal here and ignored me. They charged 16AED for biriyani which is too overpriced for the food they serve,

From 4 stars to 5 stars.
Food is amazing here. Tea is made with fresh milk. I never found anywhere in Al Ain. Chicken biryani was very good. Actually everything is good here.

Crab curry and roasted mussels was awesome. Don't forget to try sada chai after the meal.

A unique and fresh taste of bun with authentic drink such as Ginger milk tea make you feel special and well treated. It’s always great to serve a fresh pastries. Staff are nice and friendly. Thanks PappaRotiRecently stopped in for a Papparoti for a quick bun and coffee. The buns were served hot and fresh. Coffee was also good.
