Wursth air company I ever fly, cabin crew it's brilliant everything else it's a joke of company.They lose luggage twice in two weeks,ruined our holidays completely, very poor connection flights and very poorly organized.
Our 4 flights all been late from start and they still manage to lose our luggage.
Joke of company,we never going to fly with them again.

Paid for flights through bank transfer and KLM did not process it. Still waiting for refund 8 weeks later so I can rebook another flight (With Emirates) and all I seem to get are fake apologies and told to wait. Flights are now twice the price as they were when I first booked. If something goes wrong don't expect a quick solution, a few months wait for refund and lots of generic answers to any questions

Awful experience, delayed flight, no communication, lost my bags and wouldn’t have found them unless I fought to find them. Do not fly with KLM.

Currently in the attempt to rearrange my flights because the airline failed to inform me that an NHS PCR test was insufficient for travel. The woman at the check in desk handed me aa customer service card and told me to call them past a certain time.
I called them at said time to be informed that their customer service centre is closed, with no additional information as to how to contact anyone with my querie.
With no alternative i attempted to change my booking online, only to be told that there was an "error" with no further explanation.
I am now waiting for someone on their whatsapp to reply as to how to change my flights. Without a doubt the worst customer service availability of any company I've experienced, extremely frustrating altogether and would definitely not recommend.
