WORST CARGO COMPANY!
MY AIRCARGO TO INDIA HAS NOT BEEN SENT IT IS MORE THEN 2 MONTHS! AIRCARGO AND 2 MONTHS! MY GOD THESE PEOPLE ARE BIGGEST EVERY LIARS! IM FILING A POLICE CASE TO THEM BUT DONOT USE RONA CARGO EVER! THEY ARE WORST CARGO COMPANY

POOR POOR SERVICE
DONT SEND ANYTHING FROM THEIR COMPANY. THEY ONLY DELAY AND NO COMMITMENT OF TIME. THE WORST CARGO COMPANY I HAVE EVER FACED. 3MONTHS NOW MY DELIVERY HAS NOT REACHED TO INDIA! DONT SEND ANYTHING FROM THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

PROS.
- They give you a very good pricing.
- package arrived to the destination in a reasonable amount of time
- package arrived complete as it should

CONS.
- they do not take care of your belongings
- unacceptable repacking that leads to ...
- package box breakage during transit (may lead to lost item)
- agent doesn't update you in a timely manner.
- agent sometimes ignores your call

NOTES:
- they only give the tracking number after they forwarded it
- you have to remind them to give you the tracking number, they do not give it to you automatically
- i don't know if this is the case for all, but they opened my package and repacked it.
- be cautious using them for forwarding any breakable items.
- they still get the job done.
- avail service at your own risk.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
you get what you paid for. if you are looking for a cheap cargo shipment that gets the job done, go for this company. my personal advice.. maybe consider looking elsewhere you may spend a little bit more, but its for your own peace of mind.
