I'm very shame about your customer service I'm very disappointed about the old man in cashier, today morning around 10 am when i went to there to buy some water I saw one girl is arguing with cashier the old man, so I go there and I listened to why they are arguing the old man saying they don't have ATM card payment in baqala only cash so this girl arguing about some mobile recharge and every time when she came there this old man saying no ATM card payments available. so this girl is asking why not available every time only for me like that and this old man telling her to don not come to there baqala how come he giving order like that how you are doing this business like this this how is your customer service..? this is not the first time I saw lot of time he treating like this same to other coustomers also. very shame about you man and you should respect ladies in here UAE specially. and this is not India to treat women like that.

كان معظم تسوقي من هذه البقالة بحكم قربها من سكني في الفترة التي اقمت فيها بالمصفح الشعبية شرق 11 و الاسعار لديهم جيدة جدا وهي اقل من اسعار كثير من البقالات كمان خدمة التوصيل لديهم سريعة ومتاحة حتى للبنايات البعيدة انا بالنسبة للعاملين في البقالة فكانو لطيفين و بشوشين في معظم الاحيان و رغم تغيير سكني ولكنني كلما كنت قريبا من المصفح اختارها للتسوق رغم وجود عدة بقالات اقرب منها .
