I had pre-booked a table, which was ready for our arrival, even though we had arrived slightly early. Good choice of food, and the drinks choice was what I would expect from a Sizzling pub, although I might have liked a little extra choice in the ale/stout department. The prices of the food and drinks were good. The staff were friendly, and ensured that everything was OK, especially once it had been ordered and before it was made, which I liked to ensure no errors. Everything went well, the food was nice and we were left alone during our visit, which suits me fine.

Big pub . Food an drinks served here. Large seating areas in garden also. Family friend. Nathan an Chris are the amazing chefs.. so nice the food... lovely staff. Clean establishment.. deals on throughout the week. Good value for money. Disabled access.. parking available.

Great welcome and good prices. Both regulars and visitors like me in when I popped in about 3pm in June (2023). Pint of Carling £3.75.

Came for lunch and it looks very smart and clean inside. The food is really good I had a piece of gammon and it was really well cooked. We'll be coming back.

We visited for my sons 8th Birthday after a day at Chester Zoo. The food was amazing and the Happy Birthday written on my sons dessert plate in chocolate sauce was fantastic it really made him smile. The staff were lovely too very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we visit the zoo again.

We were lucky enough to win a Mother's Day meal here today. The staff were so kind, lots of choice on the menu and a place you can feel really comfortable with children. Thanks so much guys x

Popped in here for a quick dinner and the food was lovely, but the best thing about our experience was Mark.
He kept our 2 year old occupied with crayons and beer coasters, chatting to her and was generally really helpful.
Beat member of staff in pub!!

It wasn’t a nice visit this time, the table was sticky and had to get it cleaned, my starter was fine, my main meal was a steak well done, but was bloody when I cut into it, the dessert we ordered had already started to melt
