When we arrived for movie at 10 am there was a power shutdown however the team take care me verywell. Amount was refunded and they given us 2 complimentary tickets.
Later some time , power came back na d they called us to watch movie, without any charge.

Jaine and Gafoor incharge in the theatre was very supportive and help us in a professional way.

Premium Atmosphere With Fabulous Screens. Giving A Great Theatrical Atmosphere With Dolby Atoms. Loved their screen and their outer space!

It's one of my favorite Cinama theaters in Abu Dhabi.. It is a contemporary movie complex with 9 screens including 2 VIP theatres with premium quality leather chairs and serving service.

I both movie ticket and enter by some snacks counter lady Sarita taken our orders She is in harry and root. Service and customer engagement very very poor.

Nice Big Screen, Dolby Atmos Sounds and very comfortable seating.... Worth the price to watch movies at Royal Cinemas...
