Came here to see the first sunrise of 2023 and wasn't disappointed! The pier buildings were well-maintained and looked after. The beach was nice and clean, so it was great to have a nice calm morning walk. It is perfect as a getaway place from a busy lifestyle.

There was also a Puffin walk if one is interested in the history of this town!

Really pleasant... My daughter is a wheelchair user, so the prom all the wsy along the seafront is ideal... However there are only step steps down to the beach... She can manage with help to fey to the bottom... Approx 25 steps down.

Such a beautiful place, looks very well, easy to access and spend some good time. The most characteristic point on the Promenade and Entrance to the beautiful beach

Withernsea Pier
Withernsea Pier tower’s was open to the public in 2020 after being closed for many years two the public and now it’s open with a museum and gift shop in one tower and arts and crafts stores in the second tower and all designed and mid by local artists from in and around the Withernsea area Withernsea Pier and Promenade Association have plans to rebuild the pier and It will be constructed in stages with Stage one starting in 2021 to be cancelled and postponed to 2022 by East Yorkshire council due to the virus outbreak of 2020 and restrictions during the lockdown and slowly roe opening up in and off into 2021 weather writing this the towers are now back open for trading and the museum is open to the public again with the arts and crafts stores ready again for this year’s artists and traders to start to trade in a gen
