Would not recommend after i seen how they treated a girl that passed out. They were violent towards the customer and screaming at her. The driver was a female with black hair and wore a striped dress. Hitting a customer who was clearly ill and who was in a diabetic coma. Disgusting behaviour!!!

I took a taxi from Yetholm to Byreck-upon-Tweet. Taxidriver was Mr. Mark Peters who drove like a professional. Arrived perfectly on time to pick me and my wife and even our dog was not a problem.
Would definitely recommend this one.

Just witnessed some absolutely shocking driving from one of your drivers on the A500. White Mercedes van ( M44 ENJ). Badge number 4888
Tried to ram his way into a line of traffic forcing the car he pulled out on, into my lane of traffic. He then tried to force his way out again in front of myself, presumably to continue his road rage to the gentleman in front. Perhaps some retraining is in order?
Would I trust your company to transport my family after witnessing such shocking behaviour from one of your drivers? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Absolutely disgusting service from this ‘company’ as they call themselves. If I could give less than one star believe me I would. To start, I understand difficulties in taxi companies these days. But having a lack of ‘cars’ isn’t really my problem is it? 2 cars on a Saturday night, in a busy town. Unacceptable. As for the receptionist, unbelievable. I received a message at 10.25(with a taxi booked at 11pm quite far away from home). The text read - taxi cannot pick you up due to a problem with the car’ fair enough... but as a company sort it out right? Absolutely. Not. After ignoring my calls (off the number that I was text on) my partner called on my behalf; No mention of finding another taxi. No mention of an apology. Nothing. Disgraceful company. Please if you value your time; money and breathe. DO NOT call this awful ‘taxi’ company.

Similar to Jane I booked for new years Eve rang on night they said I had no booking which was definitely made I assured them of this and also told them I had my 2 kids 6 & 7 and my friends 2 kids one of them a 4 month old baby but they couldn't do anything?? When I asked for name of firm (only had a number) and they bare face lied saying I was speaking to West side taxi! Service???? morals???? never known anything like it

Pilote drivers. Lots of professionalism. They are wonderful people and they always get to you on time. Great with customers and prices are cheap, cheap, cheap! My best drivers are John and Mandy. Lots of respect for them. Would recommend 3D's to anyone.

Awful service. Booked a taxi for 11.30 at night after a family party. I rang to ask how long it would be as it was late and I had three children (including a baby) to get home, I was told it was on the way. 10 minutes later I rang again and they said it would be 5 minutes. It never turned up. When I rang again, the lady hung up. Will never use again.
