I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unacceptable customer service experience I had from the rental car company that RSA forced the customers to deal with.

I was told that my insurance provider would provide me with a car between 1.3 and 1.8, but upon communicating with the agency I was informed that they only had cars in the 1.3 range available and no other options were offered to me. This was extremely disappointing, as it felt like my satisfaction as a customer didn’t matter to you at all.

I expect better customer service and would appreciate it if you could review the situation and RSA should provide more that one options for the car rent company and dont force us to deal with one bad company.

I wis I can give minus star review. The way they provide the service is not same as they said. If you use this insurance company you pay and when you need them they won’t help you. Please consider different insurance.

BEEN PAYING FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR AND THE DISCOUNT THAT ASTER CAN GIVE ME IS BETTER THAN THE DISCOUNT I CAN GET ON THIS INSURANCE!WANT TO FINISH PAYING & NEVER AGAIN!!!

The claim teams are not professional at all tried talking to them twice thru the phone but they never listen or give you the time to deliver your main idea giving you feeling that you are calling their personal lines!!!!

Regarding my claim , my car ready for pickup from the agency but i can’t collect it because the agency are waiting for the final bill for more than four day’s!!!!!

Regarding replacement car i was talking about the amount with claim agent , she just offered me to talk to insurance authority imagine!! Like I don’t have time for you !!

I already can see negative reviews from other customers definitely this is will be my last time to deal with RSA.

bad service! ask for road assistance and they said only inside the city of AbuDhabi is covered. Over and above the call center agent is rude and not helping. Never renew in this insurance company. Suggest to train your people with manners and good listener. Bad experienced.

Wouldn’t cancel the insurance on a vehicle recently sold until i obtained transfer letter from Vehicle Licensing Department. Couldn’t get into department because they needed recent pcr test. They would accept new owners registration card as proof, but that takes weeks to be mailed.
Meanwhile RSA sits back and collects insurance money on a vehicle i no longer own! Crooks.
They ignored my emails and gave me the runaround when i called. Nice company! : /

I have put in my first claim with RSA and would never recommend them. I dropped off the car, and it took them SEVEN days to go to the dealership to approve the car. Now refusing to extend the rental car past the ten days even though the cause is their delay in inspecting the car, by ignoring emails and not returning calls as promised.
