I was told that my insurance provider would provide me with a car between 1.3 and 1.8, but upon communicating with the agency I was informed that they only had cars in the 1.3 range available and no other options were offered to me. This was extremely disappointing, as it felt like my satisfaction as a customer didn’t matter to you at all.
I expect better customer service and would appreciate it if you could review the situation and RSA should provide more that one options for the car rent company and dont force us to deal with one bad company.

Regarding my claim , my car ready for pickup from the agency but i can’t collect it because the agency are waiting for the final bill for more than four day’s!!!!!
Regarding replacement car i was talking about the amount with claim agent , she just offered me to talk to insurance authority imagine!! Like I don’t have time for you !!
I already can see negative reviews from other customers definitely this is will be my last time to deal with RSA.

Meanwhile RSA sits back and collects insurance money on a vehicle i no longer own! Crooks.
They ignored my emails and gave me the runaround when i called. Nice company! : /
