Visiting for my sons Rugby Tournament. Great facilities and atmosphere. The only reason for not getting 5* from me was the coffee they serve outside for the price. Everything else is a very reasonable cost but the coffee is the same as Starbucks but nowhere near the quality. Having said that I had another coffee from inside the bar area which was much better. If I wasn’t driving back to Dubai I would have enjoyed the other beverages at 30/- a pint.

Had a lot of potential and the staff are nice but as a gym member the facilities for changing are terrible. No space to change, flies all over the toilets and changing room, not clean, the place is stuck in the 70's and has so much potential but needs some money reinvestment badly. Grounds are nice and the pool is nice.

I recently had a terrible experience at the Rugby club’s gym when I tried to sign up my son as an new athlete. The gym manager refused to accept him because he apparently looked younger than the required age. I found this extremely unfair and discriminatory.

The gym manager did not even give us the benefit of the doubt and asked my son for his ID as proof of age. Even after looking at the ID (he was born in July 2006 and the policies should accept who’s beyond the age of 16), the gym manager still refused to accept him , even though the polite receptionist was keen to register him , this made my son feel humiliated and embarrassed !!

As a customer who wanted to renew his annual membership, I expect better treatment from fitness establishments. I was extremely disappointed in the gym manager's behavior and attitude towards my older son. I will not be returning to this gym and will be advising others to steer clear of it as well.

I strongly believe that gym managers should be more professional and respectful towards their customers. Discriminating someone based on their appearance is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any way. It's time for this gym to reevaluate their policies and practices to ensure that everyone is treated equally and with respect.

Family friendly huge facility with different restaurants for food and drinks. Offers many activities till 12am for your occupancy and fun.

Love it absolutely tho they need to adjust the time for non member access from 2 pm to at least 6 pm.

Had lots of fun tho.

Good for limited time training.. did not get for extra timing for unpacking stuff.. pack in dark night
