If u happened to use their services, make sure they don't print your photos without your approval. My first impression was good but later got disappointed after seeing the result. ( unprofessional editing and printing it directly without u seeing it or approving it)

always enjoy que world, though there's a woman behind the bar in the snooker Hall who would be more suited to working in a morgue, 1 word answers and zero customer service skills, you look forward to the shift change over when the other woman comes in and is happy, bubbly and chatty. All other staff are always friendly and welcoming. Other than that minor thing, it's alright

Went to wedding ,it's set over two floors and has a lift to both floors and disabled access entrance, the decor and furnishings are in good condition there is also an outdoor seating deck. The bar was operated by two very pleasant and capable young ladies serving beers wine and spirits as well as soft drinks price's we're acceptable, a pleasant evening.

Wet to a Birthday bash here, The food was disgracefull, A number of guests saw a rat in the venue which spoilt the night for most.

We went to birthday party ???? here. Staff are very kind helpful etc the people made it. Room was a room with bar and dance floor ????

Went here for son and daughter in laws engagement the barman was great. For what they paid room was nice. Toilets could do with tlc . They catered for their needs

The 2 barmen where the best people you could wish for and tiped them well. But the buffet was dismal.£300 for tiny sandwiches with next to no filling and alot of food we asked for which we have the menu for and paid for did not get done.the buffet was for 75 people but only 35 or 40 people turned up and they still got next to nothing to eat and at around £5 per head per buffet which it works out at for the low turnout of people, they should not have been hungry at the end of it. . I could have done better for less. I am glad we took are own cakes and puddings. . I would recommend doing own buffet if you ever have to hire this place as a last resort as they don't no what they are doing or they just spend as little as they can out of what you pay and pocket the rest. We was told the room was being redecorated but it wasn't and still looks derelict. The hot taps have been taken out of the toilets to obviously save on there gas bills.And all hand sanitiser dispensers where empty. They could to be struggling financially tho as that would explain alot. Would not recommend at all.They will obviously try to defend there business so I suggest people see for themselves as this is just my opinion based on what I experienced.
