I visited the outlet to occupy a few hours while I was in the area and as a first time mum I was very impressed with the parking and changing facilities. The parent and child parking spaces were clearly signposted in the car park, which is great for someone who hasn't visited before or isn't from the area like myself. The baby changing facilities are very clean and spacious. To be honest the entire outlet was clean - bins provided to avoid litter and there was always someone from the facilities team walking around to keep on top of anything. These points alone were enough for 5 stars but even in the few shops I visited (Costa, Next and The Body Shop) the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive - talk about service with a smile! Outlet management should be very proud.

A perfect Outlet centre, and big chill area at the one place.

A nice shopping experience and a few bargains to be had. A couple of coffee shops and a Greggs if you need a break. In summer you get artisan crafts and food stalls just to add to your experience.

Small but worth calling with fair prices the toilets and shops on the ground floor.

Brilliant place and an array of good shops . A lovely cafe there and Greg's if you want a hot drink and sandwich or doughnut. A nice trip out and good for the disabled

Pleasant as usual. Very quiet. Had free birthday lunch at Beefeater. (Birthday was in Feb) ????but they sent me a voucher so I used it. Enjoyed n staff ok.

Well located with plenty of free parking. Visited the Marks and Spenser store. Good but limited selection. Reasonable prices with discounts. Friendly staff.

Not been for a while a few new shops and some not there any more. Hubby was distraught as the black and decker shop has closed???? but i bought him a tea in Costas and he cheered up. There is a public loo and a soft play area for kids, a couple of cafes plus a pizza, McDonald's costa drive through etc. The old Toys r us is a B &M store and there is a B and Q not that far away. There is a M & S, Cadbury, Claires, Sports, Next , Hallmark Cards, Cook & Dine to name just a few. Ample parking plenty to eat and it wasn't heaving
