In spite of the negative feedback I came across, I decided to give this store a chance when I needed to find some ties. To my delight, Nadia provided a warm and genuine welcome, going above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Considering the numerous reviews highlighting concerns about the staff, I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience through this review

Absolutely unacceptable, informed the store person of my requirements, even by showing them with an example, and he totally ignored what I asked and brought me something totally different. This is the second and last time I entertain this store with their inept version of customer service. They could use some educating and training in correct customer service protocols and show empathy towards their valued customers. If I could rate it 0, then that would be an apt score.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. They erroneously registered our bill under someone else's number. And it took an unacceptable two weeks to receive the order. On top of that, their lack of a functional phone number made it impossible to contact them for assistance. I even tried reaching out to the manager, but received no response.The overall lack of of customer service and responsiveness is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

I never write bad reviews and leave the benefit of the doubt to people but this place is the worst. Made me even change the brand. The personnel, service and overall experience is the worst unfortunately... Choose another place or, if you are a loyal customer to the brand, another branch. Not sure this one is worth the trouble sorry.

Horrible service! I believe this is the worst shop in UAE claiming to sell quality suits at a fair premium. The staff are inexperienced, the tailors are inaccurate, and most of all… no commitments are kept… and after all this hustle… the suit would tear by itself after 10 usages… I don’t recommend this shop to anyone

It's a good experience with this store it was my first time to visit sacoor brothers, the Moroccan staff I think he's name sofiyen he was very helpful with good customer service

Excellent tailoring services for garments. Quick alterations and friendly staff. The garments are good quality and the price quality ratio is reasonable. I'll keep buying as the services are quite reliable.
