One of the best cafe in AlAin. Every thing was delicious, Super friendly staffs manager Joy and Sufaid their welcoming demeanor created a positive and inviting atmosphere for all customers .big thanks for those two!❤️

Even though the food was incredible I’m here to rate the organization and customer service. While ordering I was asked to reverse my car all the way back for one of the customers to get out of the line (I was third in line which means only one person is in front of him). Later after placing my order and waiting for long enough to get first in line and for all the people behind me to receive their orders they kept pushing me to get out of line and park further to wait more for my order I respectfully declined. Then they told the people behind me that I refused to move so they started horning putting me on the spot to move out. After going through all this the last item I order was not placed on the bill and I had to wait longer for nothing. It was not my first time there and I was never disappointed and upset as today.

I highly recommend that you stop by saddle. They’ve got good selection of hot coffee and cold beverages and some hot snacks too! I really like the açaí bowl and smoothie with mixed berries and peanut butter. Give it a shot!

Saddle is a part of my everyday life, im writing this to say that I just received the best service from the In charge, Mr. Hamza, he’s very respectful and takes customer satisfaction quite seriously. I’ve never felt more content with the service like this before. He literally made my day.
Give him a raise he deserves it!

Definitely a go to!
Saddle syde is the best and the service is great. All the workers are very welcoming and always helpful. The food is always on spot. Saddle should definitely be international ????????????
Also, Joy from Saddle Syde is always welcoming and giving us the best treatment as customers, she is amazing
