Started to use this chemist to collect father's medication after abismal treatment from another more convenient chemist,only been three times but so worth going a bit out of our way,the service we have received has been excellent,nice friendly staff,the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and approachable,shop floor well presented ,plenty of seating and very clean,really impressed ????

I am absolutely furious with chemist, they have given my script to god knows who on the 9th may and are stating it was me that picked it up, very strange as I got my script delivered I don't go in there.

Well they won't get my business again.

Wifey behind the till is the most arrogant person I’ve met , they never answer the phone and get prescriptions wrong all the time when you tell them they’re wrong you get a load of attitude.

My last chemist i had a 40 min wait in queue and some people were stood outside in the rain so i changed to Cohens in north ormesby was in and out in 10 mins friendiy staff and all working hard brill

You couldn't find another chemist as helpful as this one. I wanted to collect my sons prescription, but it hadn't been sent over. They told me what to do and gave me their phone number so I could check it was there before setting off to collect it. What lovely staff always have time to talk to you. Always clean and lots of seats to use if you have to wait for your prescription.

Place is filthy floors and sides don't look like they've ever been cleaned. Box's of prescription piled high and everywhere. Consultation room filled with box's of stock. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. Took them 45 minutes to sort out my prescription. And they had at least 8 staff members and no customers. Just stood about chatting.

My prescription is never ready when I go to collect it even if I'm late by a couple of days collecting it. I'm sat waiting ages for it to be bagged because staff are too slow or too busy standing around talking. I dread collecting my prescription because of this. They know my prescription is sent by the doctor every two weeks on the same day they just don't seem to want to do it like it's too much hassle for them.
