Worst company ever i was dealing with them for 2 years and also my parents dealing with and the distributor reject to come to their home and change the water bottle because they have one bottle and they changed every week .
This company didn't respect their customers and their staff are awful in customer relationship and i preferred all people to deal with big water distributor such as Al Ain Water and beverages, they are really professional

Very rude behavior by their service guise. I was their regular customer, but still their behavior was totally unforgivable. Don't know their management follow customers' reviews or not.
But it's very pathetic how they are dealing with their customers.

جدا سيئ العبوه في قلها حواف مثل السكين بتفتح الغطا وتفتح ايدك معاها مصاب بالسكري والجرح كتير صعب يسكر كتبر اتأذيت منها اكتر من مره... وخبرت للاداره قالولي اي منبدلك ياهن يعني ولا كانو صار شي يمكن في غلط بالبلاستيك شكرا شركه صفا ..
