Good labour charge and customer service experience

Took a 7 year old with an asthma attack. Seen immediately by a doctor and medication started straight away. All staff on the childrens' assessment unit were very efficient and kind. A really positive experience.

I wait in the emergency room with my son more than 6h for a "chat/15min" with a doctor!

Very sad when you see a child sick and nobody to help him, lose time for "advice".

Shocking waiting times. I'm a type 1 diabetic who lost all sight in my left eye been here 5 hours and still not seen anyone even though I need something to eat for my diabetes!!!!! Shocking!!!!

Kept my mum who was hardly breathing in a&e for over 13 hours and was seen by a doctor once! Then after asking all evening for a commode, she struggled to txt me n I had to ring a&e n ask for one for her! Absolutely disgusting ????

Always a long wait and doctors won't give treatment unless your bones are broken or you are dying right then and there. Nurses are lovely and caring from my experience but the doctors just don't seem to care

4:45h with 1,5yo child and no one still came to see her. Its already 11:45 for god sake and doesn't look like anyone will. This is disgusting!! You will die faster than receive any help here .!!!
