Friendly, polite shop staff who even bag up anything you buy there and they like to have a laugh and some banter. Good selection of basic necessities and treats/goodies too :-)

Really funny and friendly staff, plenty of banter, and some great offers on food and drink. They also sell some unusual things like Camel Balls, and Pigs Ears, but that is one of the things that makes this such an interesting and intriguing shop to visit. Services include, fresh sandwiches, lottery, alcohol, frozen foods, paypoint, massive sweets and chocolate section, newspapers, magazines, ice creams, fresh fruit and veg, birthday and anniversary cards, pet foods, kids toys and toiletries. If you want a good laugh, visit this store and have a good chat with the staff. It'll make your day.

Diane and Linda and Chris and Mathew always smiling and laughing and chatting with me and mark ,we buy cigarettes and tobacco and milk and bread, lovely people, they always say have a good day and we always use this shop ,yes something's are pricey but cost of living caused this , staff are so lovely xxx

I find Springfields a convenient place to call in and shop for those small and needed commodities, such as milk, bread and the odd cake, packet of biscuits or even chocolate bar. It is not - at the moment - a place where I would sink a full weeks shopping money I to, however. Springfields has produce and products of a good standard, but it hasn't got everything that I would cross off my Shopping List.
The staff are great; happy to help and serve you with a smile and respect of being a that potential returning customer. If the stock items were to expand and offer a great deal then I would, as I say invest in their store for all my shopping needs.

Dealt with my Collect+ return quickly and efficiently. Team members were really welcoming and kind.

Quite expensive. Really rude staff. You can say 'hello, 'good morning', 'please', 'thank you', 'see you later' and they won't bestow you the same courtesy. So I'll be walking the extra 10 minutes to the co-op from now on and they can have my money instead.

This is a really wonderful shop, has welcoming workers and genuinely saved the day during this lockdown (late night 9pm shopping)

It has a decent selection of stuff to buy; chocolate, frozen food, drinks and snacks. Very helpful for those late night cravings! Would recommend.

Wouldn't even rate a 1 star if I could but lowest option is 1 so 40 pound down in a week 2 dodgy rechargeable vapes wouldn't refund or exchange then bottle of alcohol not even consumable tasted vile again wouldn't refund or change owners never there to deal with anything an staff won't refund through fear of it been deducted from there pay stay clear
