This was a great tasting oven fukhara, the 1st one I ever had.
Great presentation and friendly staff at Deerfields Mall, in the food court.

I recently know about the restaurant.. it is not known for me but it has a perfect food .. I tried falafel it was delicious and light .. full of flavors .. they also have healthy good as well you might check the menu attached to see other foods they serves .. they has several type of food in Lebanese way .. good luck and absolutely i need to come back to tease another meal ????….

Pe drumul din Dubai către aeroportul din Abu Dhabi am oprit întâmplător la Mall Deerfields. Am ajuns, la fel de întâmplător, la Saj21. M-a atras meniul și am decis sa încerc. Domnul care mi-a luat comanda a fost foarte amabil și chiar mi-a dat, înainte de a ma decide sa comand, un humus mic și câteva chipsuri cadou. Mi-a explicat meniul și m-a sfatuit ce sa încerc. Am ales o porție de orez cu carne de vita gătită în vas de lut, un manachees cu branza și zataar, tabouleh și ayran cu menta. Am primit și o limonada din partea casei. Orezul cu carne de vita a venit însoțit de salata și sos. Am mai primit alte doua sosuri, un fel de tzatziki și un sos cu mult usturoi. Toata mancarea a fost delicioasa, dar pe primul loc a fost manacheesul. Mi-a si spus ca este punctul forte al restaurantului. Ayranul și limonada au fost cele mai bune pe care le-am baut vreodata, iar orezul, amestecat cu sosurile pe ce ni le-au adus, a fost foarte gustos. Nota a plata a fost 114 AED, mai mult decat rezonabil având în vedere ca ne-am saturat doua persoane și a mai si rămas. Nu știu când mai ajung în Abu Dhabi, dar cu siguranță, dacă ajung, revin. La final, domnul Ali, cel care a luat comanda, cred ca era managerul, a pus un băiat sa ne arata modul în care făceau lipiile, în fata clienților, si mi-a oferit una cadou. Nota 10 pentru tot: mancare si servire. O amintire de neuitat.
