Disgusting, rude-borderline-evil receptionists - they seem sad they failed at life and now need to eat the frustrations of an ageing population as their daily bread.

No diversity, no inclusion, mishaps and failures on a regular. Medication mixups, failure to diagnose, people dying... The incompetency is beyond belief. This surgery is proof of the disaster this country is in.
