One of the best places to have tea ☕️ in Mussaffah is here. They pride themselves on serving only fresh items and the freshness of their food is certainly noticeable. With an extensive list of favorite dishes, it's hard to choose but their beef dry chili stands out as one of the best. Another excellent suggestion for breakfast or dinner is their ney pathiri.

They offer a wide variety of evening snacks, each with unique names. While these snacks may not be budget friendly, I still prefer this shop due to the incredible taste of their offerings, especially those with bananas ????, coconut ???? or aval.

Their staff is notably friendly, always offering a generous serving of their special welcome drink ♥️.

Parking can be a challenge here, but you can usually find parking around the MBZ park????️.

Tea was good… snack I didn’t like much. I had bought pazham norchadh. Banana wasn’t that soft…crowded place.. fast service????????

Kannur style neipathal.....I think only here are getting very good neipathal in shabiya......
Delicious ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? and especially their beef kuruma......and ordered 2 snacks prawns Masala stuffed in the rice bread and banana stuffed with sweets

Beef green chilli - average

Beef dry fry - superb

Porotta - perfect

A good place in total at shabiya, Abu Dhabi.

Non-cash only, cards are acceptable

Parking - difficult, but can easily found near mbz park.

Fresh food & Good staffs . Porotta & Fish mango curry is my favorite Here extremely superb & must try. Pothin kaalu is very expensive they are charging 40+ AED for this in my view it’s worthless for this amount. Pothin kaalu taste is average too..

Very bad attitude of staff, everything is expensive comparatively, same snacks and food items with more qualities are avilable in nearby shops at half price

Very bad except Tea... Supplier promoted new item named malabari thandoory chicken, too much salty and not good and expensive also.. they charged 47 aed???? poyath poyi.. ini melaaal pokulla...

I go there for take tea I take 2 tea after take tea the cashier asking for cash but unfortunately i dont have cash only the card payment after to see this one cashier behaviour is not good for me
