Waited over a hour for a bus from Barnsley Hospital. I purchased a day ticket which I will definitely think twice about doing again. Their needs to be some way of communicating any issues with delays in the bus stops themselves rather than having to speak to quite rude staff on the so called helpline! Having to stand for that length of time is hard for anyone but if you have had a total knee and hip replacement it makes standing that long extremely challenging.

I wouldn't recommend using stagecoach!!

Buses late, breaking down all too regularly, not stopping or not showing up. A lot of the drivers are rude and honestly, with what I pay for a bus pass, I'm not getting my monies worth. This service is unreliable.

Worked here last year and again this year assisting with maintenance of the buses, cannot fault the staff or service they run. Great workshop and depot overall

Absolutely disgusting service no 1 to staincross , my children have been waiting since 3.30 to get home 3 busses missed/cancelled snd one bus came and wouldn’t let them on as it was full !! It’s now 5.13 and they’re still not home , it’s dark and freezing !! I want a phone call to explain why my children have been put at risk !!! X

Went on the 220 bus number 26032 around 225 this afternoon from Brampton Church to Wath Upon Dearne , on getting on the bus Lewis the driver was so polite and even said good afternoon and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be greeted with such a friendly manner , definitely 5 Star service

Great guys and gals work here behind the scenes cleaning our buses, keeping them safe from covid. They are a very happy, kind and a close knit team. Just want to say a big thank you for all you have been doing behind the scenes since March 2020 when lockdoown started. The bread lady! ????
