Seashell is one of my favorite restaurants in the UAE????????. Best juices and sandwiches in Abu Dhabi Prices are very affordable and quality is getting better and better.excellent service I will recommend my friends as well,home deliveries are very fast.. It was a fussion of fruits and nuts with double scoop ice-cream layered with chocolate Syrup. That is very indulging I am definitely eating it again over the weekend.

Ordered shawarma and juice. Shawarma doesn’t taste good, too salty and chicken taste like raw. Abood juice was too sweet.

Bad service, waiting for 40 minutes, asking for a mistake, and waiting for another long time after that, the order was not ready and says you can go knowing that this thing is repeated several times. Service is below zero. Very, very, very bad.

Everything was fine. I was a bit curious at first because you know, it is always difficult to rent a car in a problem-free way, but no need for the curiosity. Julie was helpful and kind and I got a really nice, new and clean car. The processes were swiftly completed. I always take the full coverage and I recommend everyone to do the same. The check out was unbelievably fast (because I got the full coverage I guess), and in total, it was an excellent experience.

This is the second Green Motion site I've used and the best so far. The office is well staffed so hand over and back was quick. There is the usual insurance for the deposit sell but if you don't want it I recommend photographing the whole car in case there's any disputes. They're usually the cheapest option and very good value, happy customer.

We rented repeatedly, last experience was the best, quite a huge difference from the Easter previous year. The car almost new, everything explained at the beginning, reasonable price, nice staff.

I rented a car. I was forced to buy extra insurance. As I am very experienced driver(28yrs no claim) i decided not to buy insurance. When I returned the car they charged me £160 for the scuffs which is hardly seen. You need binocular to see those scuffs. Also I am not even sure if it was me or it was already there. He went around didn't see any damage and he went straight to left wheel as he knew where he can get me from. It was a kind of theatre, I didn't pay for insurance, so I have pay from somewhere else. I think this should not be charged that much. Scuffs shouldn't be more than £50. Many companies get it fixed for less than £50. As I said I believe it wasn't me who did those scuffs. I believe they charge everyone who doesn't pay for extra insurance. I will never rent from this company again.

Horrible experience. I made the reservation based mostly on price and I regret it. I had a three day rental. When I returned the car the agent was going over it like he was judging a Concours exhibition. He “found” a scratch on the rim that he said was significant. I question if it happened when I had it. If that scratch were there when I picked up the car I wouldn’t have reported it. He launched into the whole procedure of settling damages like it was part of their standard routine. I got the strong impression this is part of GreenMotion’s business model. When I suggested as much, he became hostile.
I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I pressed and he would only give me his first name, Thomas. He flat out would not tell me his last name.

Thomas probably isn’t a bad guy. He probably just hates his job and gets very irritable when being called out on scamming people.

Avoid this company. It’s not at all worth the 5-10% you might save based on an initial quote.

I really doubt the veracity of all the positive reviews they have. This place is a scam.

Their reply is below. Prospective customers are encouraged to look at the photograph and decide for themselves if they want to do business with this company.

There are many negative reviews for them which cite very similar behavior.

The big tell, however, is bringing up that I didn’t opt for their extra special insurance. Gee, I wonder. Do you think there might be a link between that and them straining to come up with something they can claim as damage that they will charge me for? Are they going to “repair” the rim? (With what? A toothbrush?). Is this “damage” going to dissuade any future renters? Will anyone even notice??

Always so fast and easy. Michael who works there and is always there, has been amazing on collection and return every time, and even when busy and serves 3 people at once for efficiency, still has time to talk about West Ham and stuff. It's a bit further out than the rental village but just as easy to get to and great rates. Cars always in good condition as well and they always give you a choice if you're not happy or want an upgrade. Definitely recommend!

Green Motion Stansted's branch provides one of the best car rental services I have ever come across. The manager, Chris, runs a very smooth operation, with the highest professional standards and customer care. The staff are genuinely concerned about the needs of their customers and they go out of their way to provide the best possible service. From free car upgrades, to free homemade cakes and mince pies, and flexible vehicle drop-off conditions, it's a definitely a car rental service that adds an element of personal touch where the customer feels valued and appreciated. Doesn't matter if it's Linda, Ed or any of the other staff taking care of you on the day, you'll be in excellent hands. The fleet of vehicles is close to brand new, and they're always immaculately clean and in impeccable condition. I've been renting with them for over a year and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Very satisfied with Green Motion. Check-in process was smooth, car was great, easy return process, professional staff. Didn’t try to upsell (unlike Europcar). Good value for money. Will use again. Please be aware that the shuttle only operates every 30 minutes, so you need to time it right for the airport.
