I was visiting a business at the end of the road on which this car park is situated and received a parking charge notice on the basis that NCP had photos of my car entering and leaving 'the carpark'. It was obviously spurious, since their evidence consists of photos of me driving on a public road, and NCP had no evidence of my parking in any of their spaces.
Be very careful if you are parking there. Or even if you aren't.

and receive a penalty from NCP helping their customers.

Just parked my car and easily managed to get the space.... i believe it is because of Sunday...otherwise would have been hard to find a space to park your car
