تجربة سيئة واخر مره اتعامل مع فرع بوادي مول ، خدمة العملاء جدا سيئين ، الموظفة مصرة اخذ برودكت معين بشكل تكراري مع رغم من رفضي وتجاهلها لي ، كل ماحتاج مساعده ماعندهم رأي و غير موجودين .. غير متعاونين ابدا

امس كنت في سيفورا بوادي مول .. واجهت اشكاليه مع شخص من خدمه العملاء .. وبعد كان فيه كذا مشاجره مع بعضهم .. اتمنى حسن المعامله لا اكثر ????

طاقم العمل البعض منهم ماعنده مصداقيه يعني اذا اشتريت حاجة مش من عنده يا يعطيك الرقم غلط او مايحطلك المنتج ينسيك اياه خذت من ماركة اربن ديكي قلم حواجب وعطوني شي ثاني، وفاونديشن نارس ماوضعوه لي فالسلة،، والعيب الكبير في سيفورا ماعندهم شاشه الحساب تبين لك كل منتج وسعره
