Safeer Mall Shabiya

I went there at 7:30 PM

THRUSDAY OCTOBER 27.

At the Men's section near Lawman PG3 counter, there was no man to cater the customer's query, when asked for a person, a guy with middle age came up and started misbehaving with me that why am I asking for a person at the counter when everything is kept open in racks.

I wanted to buy at least 50 pcs of shirts to gift my family members which I have now bought from Lulu where they take care of their customers. I do not know whether you have any courtesy to take care of customer's query and tell the person to apologize, still dropping you mail

Customer service is poor and price is higher comparing to other Shope or mall. I'll never recommend this shop to anyone to buy anything. I suspect that the watch they are selling here is a second quality product or a duplicate one, because today(07-05-19) is the 4th time within 8 months my friend is giving his Blade brand watch worth AED 750 for repair which he bought from the shop in picture. When contacting to the concerned Department for a solution they are simply making excuses and every time they are repairing the watch with a delay of one month.

Guys, first he bought a watch from the same shop same brand for AED 350 which was defective and got replaced with another one which was also defective and by paying extra he purchased the new one for AED 750 which he is giving for repair for the 4th time within 8 months!!

Dear Safeer Center Basel Watch Co executives, what is this ?? How it is happening to my friend ? Can we have an explanation on this ?

Good for daily needs, household items and cosmetics. They offer good discounts often.
Recommend for expats packing for country vacation or exits.

Small or mini mall but almost you need you can find. Grocery at 1st floor and some mobile shops, 2nd floor is Department Store and some gift shops, mobile, jewelry shops and at 3rd floor. Appliance Center, Exchange, Refreshment/ Restaurant and Cinema.
Busy specially in rush hours.

Safeer mall is great place to buy vegitable and groceries.
I always look for veg cold storage...great offers available there. Specially i love their green peas from cold storage.
Also, the 2 dhiram icecream at enterance is lovely, my children love them.

I visit there in the evening time to buy some grocery and something
And I really like this because it's not much crowded and all the staff was helpful and respectful I really like there fresh fruits and bakery items
