Went into the shop this morning , lady behind counter never at any stage raised her head . We were not greeted with a hello , acknowledged at anytime , not even a thank you when we left. At the time we were the only people in the shop . I have worked in retail all my adult life and it is only common courtesy to acknowledge customers at some point during their visit !

Lovely shop with a large range of gifts. We purchased some gifts but were met by a very rude young man who ignored us until we said hello ?
We were served by a very pleasant young lady, but wouldnt return to this shop.

Lovely wee shop, loads of great handmade gifts and treats, also cards. The shop Pitlochry has been waiting for!!
