To me this is the best branch since it’s during week you can enjoy with no crowds.
Delicious menu , you gotta try fries with bacon and onion so delicious, with strawberry lemonade.

shake shack is a food store located in damal mall. The location is on the 1st floor, I had a chance to pass by today but didn't have enough time to enjoy the products. promise to come back one day soon. Happy UAE National Day

Very nice and convenient packaging, food was good but not as good as you eat it in the restaurant. The beef was a bit over cooked and cold when we got it.

A favorite chain of many children (younger and older…), and this particular store is no exception.
Remember to notice the innovative “handwash station” in the store (see photo)…

Shake Shack Dalma Mall Abu Dhabi. Located on the 1st floor. I ordered the Hot Chick. Tangy crispy coleslaw, hot spicy chicken and a warm bun. Delicious! Exactly the way I like my burgers. Not greasy and oily. I hope they add a combo menu, with fries and soft drinks. That would be the perfect meal. Large spacious area to sit with family and friends.
Staff are very friendly, polite and always smiling. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended to visit.

Worst shake shack I ever been. The lady took our orders but she choose for us different burgers. She was in hurry to take our order which came missing a burger with wrong drink and different order. Very slow even though it wasn’t busy. The packaging has been done In quick and messy not like yas mall branch. Wont be coming back again
