RUDE absolute cowboys !!!! received an order online and the shoes were sent out in two completely different sizes when I went to the shop to see what could be done received no help what's so ever. Never using this company again I will stick to schuh where you can get cheaper prices and better customer support.

Shopped here a couple of times now & I can say both times staff have been helpful, polite etc

The store itself is pretty compact however it's brimming with clothing & small sporting equipment etc "some clothing is racked high up.. which really should be looked at" everything should be accessible to anyone within the store "without assistance/ladders"

Other then that I've had no issues, good sports wear, hiking boots etc & I'm sure alot more to follow..

I have noticed there seems to be more advertised online then in store.. maybe there should be notices for "online stock only etc"
The store itself is a host of almost hidden isles, the overall layout should be reviewed to allow it to be easier to see/find item's or male/female item's as I some areas are grouped together & then you walk into a woman/girl section to then find the man/boy section followed by shoes, trainers, small selection of hiking boots.. yet the out doors area & foot wear are almost hidden at the back of the store..

The tills should also be at the front of the store or along the side "somewhere clear" rather than at the rear..

Anyway other then this 'little waffle of a comment' I've had no issues at all & will be returning shortly for more purchases.

Much improved store now moved location. However be aware that you cannot return items for a cash refund, only an exchange or credit note regardless of your reason. My advise if you are buying something from here, buy it online via PayPal this way you are guaranteed a refund if you are not happy with your purchase for what ever reason.

The usual range of products on sale. Alot of 'last seasons' goods at very good prices. The staff , as usual, are extremely helpful and always willing to introduce another 'useful accessory' to the growing pile of sporting goods in your basket. Parking is not free and is run by a computer number plate recognition system. Don't ener the wrong number into the system in error - they won't accept it as an excuse

Awful! Came for some trainers on the 11/09/16 at 14:25 . Came out with no shoes as the size we wanted was pretty much sold out! And for the staff that could be bothered they tried to look! Not only we didn't get shoes but we also got a parking fine £45 if paid within a week! Modern day pirates!!

I went to Sports Direct in Darlington a few days ago. I have to say that all of the staff were extremely polite, helpful and seemed happy to be there. I specifically remembered the name of the girl who went up a ladder to get me a swimming costume down. Her name is Ebony, she is a lovely girl.

No adult shoes sized 39-40. Too much stuff too high up to browse, check out. They seem to think their customer base is all 7ft basketball players with size 12 duck feet!
