We all know healthy food means not tasty but by Kcal you’ll be enjoying each bite of their food, specially their sweets guys it’s sooo delicious

On 26 June 2023 I used the one and only ATM in the mall. I thought there was something wrong with my card because it didn’t allow me to withdraw. I did some shopping and returned using a different card…same thing. Only to discover there was no cash in the machine. When will more ATMs be installed? It was better when FAB was there but to call Boutik a “mall” and only have one ATM is quite a stretch.

There are good shops here. Coming in it looks good but there are too many shops which say nothing to me.
Great shops: Waitrose, German bakery and James coffee shop

Very good place to grab a very tastie meal. The food comes out of the kitchen quickly.
I've been here twice already and all the food is great.
The chicken livers are amazing

Shams Boutik mall on Reem island is a different mall compared to other malls in Abu Dhabi. It has two levels including ground and first floor. It has 3 levels of basement parking. It has exclusive shops and particularly very good cafes and restaurants in addition to the food court.
On the ground floor they have Kettle corner cafe, Cafe Nero, Smoking doll asian restaurant, Nandos mexican restaurant, starbucks, pizza factory, pizzaro, La Brioche french cafe. There is a german bakery named Brot.
Kettle corner is our favourite. We frequently visit smoking doll for Thai, chinese, viatnamese food.
On the first floor there is tea time, shawarma Al Reem, Subway, Popeyes, Broccoli.
BLS services for Indian passport services is located on the first floor.
It has Waitrose and Al Maya supermarkets.
It also has Al Fardan foreign exchange and a pharmacy.
There is a Burjeel day care surgery centre.

Only 1 hour free park now and at the exit gate they force you to pay. My last 3 visits (non weekends) in the past month I didn’t have to pay, I went to Nandos had food and returned in 1 hour 6 mins and had to pay 10 AED. They should have a ticketing system or a clear board stating this at the entrance. Poorly managed.

Worst parking policy ever experienced. Coming to the gym and having no free parking for more than two hours. There's no logic in it.Have to update my reviews after this experience

Great mall. There was a talent show by the dance and music studio. Was fun to watch and have dinner.
