So far this is the worst most frustrating experience I have ever faced ordering food. Not just that I had ordered three hours ahead of time call that seven to confirm my delivery to be delivered at 10pm.
The food arrived at 1:50am through all of that.I kept calling over and over again and no one picked up or replied to us on whatsapp or any socials at all.
At that point I gave up on the order thinking it will never arrive and they just ignored us completely.
So I did whatever the normal person would do and order some thing else that arrived in less than 30 minutes
just to be surprised by them calling me to tell me that the order has arrived and it’s outside I want to the driver to tell him that I’m not taking the order neither paying for it
But the driver kept telling me there’s nothing they can do about it and the order has been already placed on top of all of the horrible customer experience and them ignoring us completely for over four hours they had the nerve to deliver the food and made me pay for it and the food was cold and chewy like plastic the only thing they spent doing in the four hours of us waiting was cooking car tires that’s how bad the food was we didn’t even get an apology or a refund or anything

Very good restaurant. The quality of the food is very excellent with decent service, especially the wonderful treatment of the workers in the place It will not be my last experience, especially since I enjoyed a lot in the place ❤❤????????

I tried shawarma maxici it’s come with fries sauce and pickles and the taste is amazing and service staffs are very friendly. Recommended

Absolutely abysmal service, clearly states if any changes to circumstances of paying a fine phone up and chance and & update for a more suitable plan tried this now they refusing to change it unless I send in a declaration of income form to them before changing my payment plan. It clearly states on this form I am not required to fill in the form but t be useful for them to see PROVE I tried explaining this to the women but she’s insisting it’s required NO IT ISNT clearly states this on the form I do not have to. Who she trying to catch out eh?

The fines office refused to come to the door to collect my fine and license, they suggested I send it via royal mail (like that's safe). After I refused they made me post my fine & drivers license through a letterbox at the court. The court letterbox is situated in a corridor which all attending court have access to. I did not know whether it was open at the rear or if the security guard who I was told would be collecting it had stolen my details to sell on. No respect for others sensitive details, staff even argued with me insinuating they are shut for drop ins and made me wait half an hour to pay it over the phone. At the very least they could have got off up out their seat and taken it from me personally so I knew it was im the right hands. Joke of a service by people who should know better.

Sent 3 emails filled in online form and called atleast 6 times but no answer on any of them. I've asked to be exempt and Dury duty court date is now next week absalute joke

This is not a good facility. Its difficult to navigate and some courts have no nearby location to talk with your solicitor in private. The civil department is a separate modern building. Sometimes tense atmosphere.
