My experience at Shawarma Station left me quite disappointed. I visited the restaurant with high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude and lack of organization left a lot to be desired.

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a disorganized atmosphere. The staff, including the chef, seemed to be overwhelmed and were openly discouraging customers from placing orders. They repeatedly told me that it would take a considerable amount of time and even suggested I reconsider my decision to eat there.

What struck me as particularly concerning was the absence of a manager or someone in charge to address the situation. It's disheartening to see a restaurant functioning without proper leadership, as this can greatly impact the overall experience for both customers and staff.

I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays may happen, but the way the staff handled the situation was unprofessional. Their lack of communication and seemingly disinterested attitude were off-putting, to say the least.

While I don't expect my review to prompt any significant changes, I wanted to share my experience to help inform others. Based on my visit, I would advise potential customers to think twice before giving this place a try. There are likely better options available for a satisfying dining experience.

Came while on Vacation the food was amazing took a little bit the because it was like 5 of us ordering massive amounts of food but definitely good food worth the wait..

Ordered a classic shawarma meal on talabat from shawarma station. The description of the meal said “2 large shawarmas”. I received 1 thin, lightly packed shawarma sandwich cut into 4 pieces and a handful of fries and like 3 pickles. For 50Dhs. After I asked for a refund, the manager of the restaurant said that he would give me a full refund and change the description of the order as he admitted it was his mistake and it should have only said that it would contain a single sandwich. Well, the manager changed the description of the meal and lied to talabat saying that it was never written that the meal would contain 2 shawarmas. Therefore, voiding me from my refund. I do not recommend buying from this place, their shawarma is subpar, very thin and lightly packed with barely any chicken and picked to save costs. And their manager is a liar and a thief. Will not be buying shawarma from them again.

You are on your own, the quantity is very less, it looks like all together( grill and whole chicken) is one kg.
Remember, they don't add any spices may be just a pinch of salt that is it.
Food is tasteless and uncooked, a small bowl of salad without a slice of lemon, a little hommos without olive oil and the garlic paste.
I saw their ad on the facebook and placed an order, thought the food will be like other grillers.
I made a mistake, it is up to you, try to save few bucks and lose you appetite or pay a little more and enjoy your meal.

One of the worst experience ever i had faced in Abu Dhabi , i ordered from them through WhatsApp service and they said your order will take one hour to delivered, but due to the bad management he takes 3 hours!!! to reach my home.

Great grills. We had the 1 kilo mixed grills. Tikka meat was very juicy and tasty. Overall delicious food and good value for money. And they gave us a hummus and salad with bread complimentary. Recommended ????????

Very late delivery.. no proper response.. you have wait 30mins for shawarma. not recommended. ordered zatar manakish.. very poor manakish ever i had. worst service...

Too delay to getting ordered items...I felt ordering staff not properly conveying to the kitchen on time..not recommended...service is very poor
