We purchased 2 boots, 1 loafer shoes, and 1 bag last Feb 4, I wanted to use my shukran for points but the cashier on duty between 1630 to 1715 said system is down but there will be no issues at all, cause it's automatic will credit to my account once system is restored. Days passed by when I remember it and no points was credited. Unfortunately It's too far from my location to chase for points. ????

The staff is totally non professional. All they time they close the shop around 20 minutes before the closing time of 10 pm as mentioned. Many times i go to pickup my order and find it close at 9.40 pm. Totally disappointed and even no one take notice of this that what time they are closing every day ????????????????????????

It's always good being here. Some products are awesome.. and or good value but some products are over price. They have to upgrade the quality. Rest all is well.

I give one star for convenient location next to the escalator. Otherwise they are terrible shoe store with employees who act like paying customers are a pain in their ***
