Reasonable price . Quality is not so perfect . There are so many brand available in their store . You can go for those brands. Shoe express has their own brand but quality is not too well

Today afternoon I was shopping in this shop in Hili Mall Al Ain, I was almost got tricked by this Indian guy who work as a Cashier. He putting the amount of my money for payment was not the same that I gave to him. In the beginning I didn’t notice because I was gt distraction to search my Shukran card and right away he gv the change then I left. I was realize when I went home and check the receipt, I was shocked and went back again to the shop to complaint about it. First this guy acting like a fool pretend nothing happen and blaming me that I was wrong bout it. I was telling to him to go check the cctv that near the cashier area but he refused..then Im telling to him that Im gonna report to the police if he still not giving bck my other balance of my change..then he got panic and rgt away giving bck of my balance..I can’t imagine somebody working in this shop doing stupid things to the costumer..shame on you Shoe Express Hili Mall!!you should pay attention to ur own staff to not try stealing money from costumer!!!
