Had a lovely night last night for my birthday, there were 9 of us and we all enjoyed our food. We made the most of the buy one get one free on cocktails, which were amazing. The entertainment was great too... Hamish. The service was amazing and the staff attentive and friendly..... Definitely be back again especially on a night with entertainment.

Have organised a couple large group functions for events here.
Manager Kyle goes above and beyond to deliver a great service even when things don’t go quite to plan. He is happy to listen and act on constructive feedback.
Food always been good, the only reason one star off is due to my disappointment of my pudding not being unavailable, but I have been assured next time I visit this won’t be a problem. Atmosphere great. Service always as helpful as can be.

My first visit turned out to be one of the biggest disappointment. We used to visit this place when it was Carluccio's and absolutely loved it. Luccio's food and service were both very disappoing. While presentation on some of the food looks nice, they all tasted really bland.

The Burrata was served with 3 cherry tomatoes not the beef tomatoes as stated on the menu and 3 basil leaves. There was no seasoning so the dish was very bland.

Meatballs were so tiny and over cooked to the point they were very dry. They were burnt on the top which I was surprised the chef felt was ok to serve to the customers. The Pomodoro sauce was very salty but lacks depths. Supermarkets' sauce taste better than the rubbish we were served.

On the menu, it said WHOLE roasted seabass which we expected to see whole fish intact. It was not. The fish had it's head and spine removed but not pin boned. There were lots of bones and the fish was also lacking flavour as again, it was not seasoned.

My husband ordered his steak medium rare but was served medium well.

The mains came with very little salad and no carb at all. To make it a substantial meal, you'll have to order sides, too. First glance of the menu looks like a very reasonably priced menu but there is supplement to pay on most dishes. There is also a service charge of 12.5% added to the bill. It wouldn't have been a problem if we had a good evening. Unfortunately, the waitress who served us was very cold and nonchalant. It is safe to say that we will not be visiting again. I think Marco Pierre White Senior should drag his son's behind back to his kitchen and give him some proper lessons.

We decided to try the burger and pint deal for just under a tenner each but unfortunately my burger was basically raw in the middle and the chips were slightly over cooked too. The service was decent, albeit a little slow, and I was disappointed that nothing was taken off the bill due to only being able to eat half my burger, something I didn't feel comfortable asking for. I worked in this industry for 15 years so I know how difficult things can be, especially now, but it felt they didn't have a proper chef in the kitchen and I don't think we'll be returning here anytime soon.

£5 pizzas over half term was fantastic! They hold bingo, quiz and stake nights. Loads going on and well worth a visit. Food can be pricey but it is delicious

This restaurant seemed very quiet and we like to support businesses that are quieter than the chains like zizi or nandos. Sadly we were greeted with a waitress who was very rude. We were taken to our outside seating and we explained that one of us smoked to a different waitress who said it was fine and would get un an ash tray. There was another couple sat outside and we made sure we were far away from them. Suddenly the initial waitress was stood over us demanding very rudely that we move to the 'other side' because this was NOT the smoking area. We challenged it and explained this was where we were told to sit and wanted to be away from the other couple so we did not smoke near them. Rather than apologising to us and asking us to move due to regulations, she was extremely rude and angry towards us. She then insisted we pay for our meal before we had the food. She had also told her manager that we had walked away several times which was not true. We were offered our drink for free but the restaurant still insisted we had a pay as you go bill for the food- which is completely unheard of in a restaurant of this kind. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this restaurant and hopefully waitresses like this, in future can learn to just be kind and polite to others.

I popped into the resturant with my friends, they greeted with warm and friendly manner. The kitchen and service team was very polite and attentive. Even after three or four meals we were still saying the food was brilliant, the plating was outstanding. Highly recommended Luciano and we will definitely be back there when we are in the area.

We visited Dorchester for the first time from London and stumbled upon Lucianos for our dinner and drinks. Unfortunately the service was not at all up to par.

From the moment we walked through the door, it became abundantly clear that this establishment had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic culinary competence.

The service was abysmal. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism. They were unbelievably slow to take our orders and following the food being brought to our table we had no further contact with any member of staff to check if we were satisfied, which we were not. It felt as if they were doing us a favor by serving us, rather than acknowledging that we were paying customers.

The food was average all but the Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna which had no flavour the filling tasted like pure boiled spinach.

Would not recommend this place and believe that it really needs to reconsider its service and culinary standards as many customers the day we visited displayed a significant amount of dissatisfaction.
