Great place to get your phone fixed! They are very kind and talk you through the process. They are very transparent and will update you whenever possible. Waqas was a great help and I got my phone back in great condition.

Very bad, arrogant staff, don't know in what hurry never listen and do arbitrary work. Highly not recommended to visit also the prices are very high. Whole staff is a lier and makes bluff.
If you want to make your shopping experience a pleased experience then please don't visit this shop.
They feel above then UAE law themselves.

One of the best mobile services shop in shabiya, They are very professional & they do repair your device earliest. I got my Samsung M31 mobile repaired within 2 hrs when other 2 shop asked 1 day time to do same work. Thank you Silvernet team ????

Last week i gave my iphone to refix my face id sensors that i removed for offshore purpose. They assured me that they can do it properly. After keeping 1 week. Yesterday they gave me back my iphone and said ‘ sorry sir, while removing the front camera, the dot projector got damaged and we cannot do any thing.. sorry’

???????? very good dealing that they accepted their fault. But i lost my face id????

Bought a charging cable for iphone in Feb, which had a warranty of 6 months . In Apr. I found the cable not working properly as it used to be and some times not charging at all. I asked for the warranty and they checked and claimed that it to be working and can’t be replaced. They behaved like I am trying to change it for no reason. Poor customer service. If I can afford to buy an Iphone I can buy a charging cable as well. I need not lie and get the cable changed. Very bad experience at Shabiya 11 shop

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS!! THEY BROKE MY IPHONE 14 PRO MAX!
They "repaired" my iPhone 14 pro max back glass but broke my phone in the process. It would've been cheaper to repair at Apple than to risk breaking your phone taking it to these clowns.

Always a grest experience.. very satisfied with the services.. I believe they are well trained and make their best efforts to fix and resolve the issue no matter it is a laptop or a mobile and the price is very reasonable.
I am visitng the shop since several years dealing with few people there specially Mr Bilal who really supported me with best services
