I faced issues with them many time
one whole week waiting so that they pickup the item and they are saying tomorrow driver is coming and still that tomorrow is tomorrow

ما انصح فيها لاسباب عده التاخير الاهمال عدم الاتصال والمتابعه واهم سبب ان الطلبيه وصلت عندهم في دبي وكملت ٨ ايام ولا اتواصلوا معاي ولا سالوو بعد تواصلي معاهم ثامن يوم ردوو وقالوو بنرسل الطلب بكرا ارسل عنوانك مع انه العنوانن عندهم ومر اليوم اللي وعدوني انهم يرسلون الطلب فيه مع تاكيد عنواني وما ارسلوو شي وكلمتهم تاسع يوم قلت لهم ببلغ الشرطة فقط عشان يحسون بالمسؤلية وعدني واحد بان الطلب بيوصل اليوم بس استلمه من مصفح قلت له ارسل وانا بستلمه من مصفح والحين انتظر الاستلام مع اني ما توقع يرسلون شي لانهم مهملين ما انصح اي شخص يتعامل معاهم لانه بيظيع وقته معاهم

We have had an exceptional experience with our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. These are our second and third purchases from OTTO due to our satisfaction. Right from stepping in the showroom, to design and then installation, every thing has gone exceptionally well. Bryan came and measured, designed and the installation/commissioning was performed by Dave with outstanding results whilst also being very courteous and in a professional manner. We also had dealing with all the staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with the bedroom that Otto Interiors have created for me… From start to finish, I was actively involved in the design process, allowing me to tailor the design to suit my preferences. I was particularly impressed by their ability to maximise my limited space with high quality products, and the expert advice throughout. Thank you for your friendly and professional service with a smile - I wouldn't hesitate to come back to you again!

The staff at Otto could not be any more helpful. Great design and quality products. The fitters made a fantastic job of getting everything perfect for our kitchen.

I thought I would drop you a quick line to say how pleased we were with our new bath. George did an excellent job and managed to get the old bath out without damaging the tiles. The new tiling is a perfect match with the old ones and overall the job looks first class.
I must also say a few words of thanks to George, his workmanship is faultless and he is a credit to your company in the way he conducts himself and his approach to work.
So once again, many thanks and we will have no hesitation in using and recommending your company for the future.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Otto Interiors. We had an initial appointment which we thought had gone very well. So much so we decided there and then we would employ Otto to re design our bathroom. They came out a week later to measure up. The sales assistant who came said he would not design our bathroom until we had decided to go with them and would only give us a quick quote. Two weeks later we had not heard from them so I rang. The person who answered gave me a figure but when I asked him to email it to me and roughly split into sections he would not. Otto obviously will not give any reasonable quote like other companies do before possible future clients commit to them. So BE WARNED if you want to go with OTTO INTERIORS be prepared to commit and pay money before you get an accurate price.

I had a bathroom fitted by Otto Interiors in 2008 and until recently had had no problem with it. 2 minor 'plumbing' items failed so I went to the showroom with said items but unfortunately Otto no longer deal with the 2 companies who manufactured the items. However, they very quickly found the contact details for the relevant companies which I happily went away with - appreciative of the attention and time I was given. On the way home, I called in at 2 plumbing supplies traders. One was able to order 1 item (which I collected 2 days later) and the other had a replacement part in stock. I was able to fit both parts myself and, so far!!, all is well.

Otto supplied and arranged the fitting of my lovely new bathroom. They paid me an initial Covid-secure visit to measure up and check the existing plumbing and electrics before creating a bespoke 3D design with their own suggestions, based on my initial brief. A Covid-secure meeting at their lovely showroom allowed me to tweak the design and select details like taps and tiles from their wide range of quality products. I waited just 4 weeks for them to start and a further 3 weeks for the work to be completed. I am thrilled with my bathroom! My only disappointment is that they are closing due to the impact of Covid and won’t be able to do my kitchen next year!

We bought our bathroom suite from Bryan when the business was Bathrooms inc and other than a revisit to have our downstairs cloakroom fitted out we haven't had much cause to drop back in because both rooms haven't just stood the test of time, they have hardly aged at all. It wasn't until last weekend when popping in for a new 'pop up' plug mechanism, we realised that it was 12 years since we fitted our bathroom suite. When we bought the bathroom suite Bryan really sold the idea of buying good quality and 12 years later on, he is proved to be absolutely right. Thanks Bryan!!
