The worst place to live in, the worst management. The building is leaking everywhere, bad maintenance… they never fix anything. Bad smell comes to your apartment everyday either from neighbors or from basement or garbage room. They never do deep cleaning or regular pest control for common areas unless you complain about excessive amount of flies coming into your house. Bathroom always leaking , mold everywhere ( closet and kitchen cabinets ) and complaining about it doesn’t help neither cleaning all the time!!!!. And finally instead of working on fixing those major issues they come and install a parking gate depriving tenants from parking their own cars in a parking that is half empty without providing an alternative solution for tenants as parking in the mall is not free for tenants and parking infront of the building in not allowed either not even to drop off… the security comes and harass you in a provocative way just because they can and because controlling people is a joy !!!!… as they say its management decision !!!!

I've lived here for 8 years, and have never had one bad experience!
The service is fantastic and very kind.

It’s a highly luxurious apartment tower
Have tow sections
First is the commercial section which have a lot of companies in it extend to 39 floors
Second section is the residential section which start from 41th floor and it’s amazing due to the impeccable view
The tower is own to Aldar company and management by Khidmah company
Impressive maintenance and cleaning services for the common areas and elevators, remarkably finishing of the decoration for both offices and residential units

Very nice place to stay ,accessible for transportation and while you are on top
Of the building all places you can see with
smile,relax peace in mind, huge swimming pool inside the building ,gym,enjoy your life with love's one, tourist attractions and more try it now for 2022

There is no branch near me. Online, decided to open an account. Disappointed there are only two reviews and not good ones at that. Both about experiences in branch. Would have to communicate by post & wonder what the service is like by post?

My husband went in today .to open a account as we have a new grandson the girl was rude and short with my husband,
His glasses steamed up with the mask he pulled it forward to clear his glasses .she was abrupt asking him to put it back on .even though she had a full screen.
We will not be putting any money in this branch as we don't need to be treated so rudely when trying to open two accounts.
And had we had our investments and mortgage with them i would be closing them.

Called in the Castle Street branch, early Saturday morning to receive advice. No other customers in branch. I was left standing at the counter like a prune for considerable time, whilst the only cashier was on her computer. No, 'sorry I'll be with you in a moment sir' or, 'just give me a second sir'. No, instead I got a 'are you waiting to be served'? Well, if I was opening an account, or was looking to invest, I would have walked out immediately. First customer impression was appalling!! to say the least. I had to bite my tongue, before I said something rude. I would certainly take any further business elsewhere, rather than have my intelligence insulted, and made to feel small.
