I wanted to zero but I couldn't.

They were supposed to courier samsung washing machine to amazon. But they couldn't and returned it back. When I opened the wrap there was a huge crack on the machine knob area. When I reached them out for it they became very defensive and refrained from any responsibility.there customer service is very poor, The staff is impolite.
I have already complained but they are trying to escape responsibility.

Most of the photos shown are not actually of the Al-Ain branch.
Alain Branch photo is the one with the red arrow drawn, pointed down at it.

It is located next to the Nori Cafe. Very small and can be easily missed.

The facility and the service provided are adequate at a competitive price.

I just want to say how delighted we are with skynet. Arief (al ain office)is wonderful! Very patient and professional. He always replied on time. He gave us all details, explained the whole process. There are no hidden fees. No delays during pick-up and shipment was delivered even prior to the estimated time. We were very happy with the service and highly recommend skynet courier for your moving needs. Will keep this contact for our future plans.

Al Ain office Place is not as big as shown in picture but is nice customer service and I was told that document parcel will reach from Abu dhabi to Karachi in 7 to 10 days but it reached in 5-6 days and they charged 70 aed which is quite good price because for the same parcel Aramex is charging 170 aed and they say 5-7 days so it means I saved 100 aed and got the parcel in Aramex time.. so bye bye ever Aramex .. and welcome Skynet.

Worest ever Service. Be aware they will keep you waiting everyday for 3 days and every time you have ro spend the day waiting and rebook again .
On the thired day the driver call me and i call him exactly after 3 minutes but he said he left and refuse to come back and said he will come after tomorrow!!
He didn't even rang my door bell. I dont think he already been here .

I sent something to a country and in the middle of the trip they told me to pay extra money plus the custom in another country they are so bad and my advice is don’t work with them .
