Ben was outstanding - attentive, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I needed. The service and advice he offered at the pharmacy was exemplary, including an extensive follow-up email. His service should be the industry model for how to deliver a Travel Clinic appointment. Since visiting I have telling everybody about his service, including the nurse at my local GP surgery and the nurse agreed that he is exceptional at his job! Thank you.

Ben offers an excellent travel advice consultation, privately and free of charge, for wherever you might be travelling in the world. He explains the recommended vaccines clearly and succinctly but leaves the final choice with you as to whether you follow the advice. There is no pressure to have the vaccinations at the pharmacy, indeed, if they are available for free at your doctor’s surgery he will recommend you go there to avoid any payment. He offers a very professional and first class service. We are most fortunate to have this facility here in Carnforth.

I had a really good travel vaccination consultation with Ben (pharmacist). He not only informed me about vaccinations, but other factors to take into account when travelling on my holiday, to keep safe. Great experience.

A very informative & interesting consultation conducted in a very private environment. We were given our vaccinations & medication at the visit which was much appreciated & saved making another journey
