Affordable price and shawarma is worth for price . But the Samovar tea is not good enough. Snacks are average taste

Very expensive and less qty serving I ordered beef samoon and Fransisco paratha karak tea AED 15 compared to other cafe expensive don't buy

The shawarma is affordable and good taste but when i order not spicy shawarma the chicken is still spicy need to improve the chicken taste some people dont eat spicy

Nice looking train station, the building is very nice. Inside there is a few options of food and drink, Toilets. The train station is located directly in the centre of Eastbourne town with on wards bus routes a taxi rank out side the station on the weekends. There is a drop off parking zone with 15 minutes stop off time very nice.

4 platform station with all basic amenities and facilities. There are ATMs and ticket vending machines. Train goes to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport and many other places towards London. Easy to locate your train and also there is staff to help.

All automated, just scan your QR code and get in.

Nicholas the foreign ticket master on the gate was rude and aggressive for asking to let my child through the barriers as ticket wasn't opening it, when I proceeded to ask why it was making us show them at every station he got aggressive and rude and I still had to approach him to allow me and the rest of the family through, he went and got a body camera and began illegal filming me when no crime had been committed, so I began filming him. I will be making concerns known to police and il be contacting his boss after the bank holiday, for customer services this was horrific.

Small place small station. Not one of the biggest stations. The guy on duty at the ticket counter was not helpful is the only negative I have about this place. Which technically isn't about the station but staff more than that. We had a problem with printing our tickets. Instead we had to buy extra tickets and try to get a refund on old ones. It was a headache. Else the place is clean, has a few options to eat around. I went at 8:30pm so not much was open but could see that it would be a busy street during the day with a lot of shops around to shop from in general. This is very near like 10-15min walk from major hotels which were beach facing and looked very expensive but totally worth it for the view was breathtaking. We just passed by them so don't take my word for it. Google it, maybe. There is also a giant wheel at walkable distance from station which gives a beautiful view of the city and Beach at the same time. You could not just eat but also shop near the station. Would give 5/5 for cleanliness and 1/5 for counter guy behaviour and 4/5 for connectivity and 5/5 for amenities in and around the area. So once you reach this station you practically have a lot of options to do whatever you wish for. Pub, shopping, eating out, staying, walking, views, entertainment, cinema houses etc. Even hiking from here is a good option. Beautiful views await. Very convenient for all age group. I think it also is wheelchair accessible. Just realized all this while writing the review.

The streets around were beautiful which was a huge plus. I am not a fan of busy stations and this dint have much rush to be honest which may not be the scene in the day. I am not sure but I think this station has just 3 platforms. So you won't be lost as long you make it to the station like 10 min before travel time. Please carry your card with which you made the payments if you have to collect physical tickets at the station. They do not have any other option otherwise. I wish I could spend more time in the city and explore more of its beauty. It definitely requires another visit. I hope to visit it soon again.

Was meeting a friend off the train. Needed the toilet facilities which are on the platform side of the gates. Asked the platform staff politely if I could use the toilet while I waited. Begrudgingly and muttering under his breath opened the gates for me. No need for him to be so rude.

I was met off the train from Gatwick by a lovely staff member who could not do enough to help. He even gave us directions to some local food places not far from the taxi rank. Very accessible, quaint building with a cafe and a Subway inside

Looks nice from the outside. The entrances could be wider and a couple more platforms would be great. However it is what it is a railway station.

Nice clean station with toilets that seemed relatively clean. Few seating areas and couple places to eat in the station.
