They have variety but the woman here is so rude! Is like she gets mad because you are buying, she even throw the stuff, not even one smile or a “thank you” seriously? How rude! I stopped to buy here!

As a family we have been with this surgery for 25 years, never had a problem until Covid, since then. It is impossible to book an appointment (less than 6 weeks in advance). Phone ringing for 38 minutes on 6 occasions with no response . We only book appointments occasionally, but now we are being redirected to an and e for a problem which could be resolved with a prescription.

Chelsfield surgery have always provided my family and I with an excellent all round service. Even though COVID they helped me out with a number of issues. Many thanks to the whole team.

I called this morning to book 2 appointments, one for me and one for my daughter. I was given 1 appointment and told that we would both be seen at the same time, when on arrival i explained this to the doctor and she quite rudely refused to even see me. I got rather upset which she had no compassion for me and said she was way too busy. I've never had a problem here so i find this quite upsetting and in so much anger.

The care I and my family receive at Chelsfield Surgery is exemplary.
I was diagnosed with an uncommon long term illness in 2013. If it wasn't for Dr Ravi and Dr Grover's determination and perseverance to find out what was causing my symptoms I don't believe I would be here today. The support, care and compassion I received at the time of diagnosis, surgery and treatment was marvellous, as it continues to be.
The reception staff always try to be accommodating and during the pandemic the level of professionalism they showed is to be commended.
The hard working nursing staff are attentive and always put you at ease.
I can't thank the doctors and staff at Chelsfield Surgery enough.

Normally the receptionist can take some time to answer calls but I just sat there for 45 mins of just ringing and no one picked up so I just gave up! Booking appointments use to be fairly easy but it's a challenge now.

I feel really lucky to belong to this practice, I was feeling unwell, and telephoned for a an appointment for the same day with an excellent doctor who saw me. The receptionists were very kind and courteous, the doctor was very professional. A prescription and blood test were sent electronically, a very efficient and caring practice, especially in these difficult times. I would recommend Chelsfield Surgery.

As a family we have been patients with the Surgery for over 40 years and always been very happy with the service proved by all members of staff. They have been helpful and informative as well as providing several additional services.

Recently, due to ongoing & new medical problems we have had a lot of contact with the GPs, receptionists & other members of staff and cannot thank them enough all for their excellent help, care & support whilst sorting out the many concerns that have arisen due to the present medical situations.

I would like to thank the staff at the surgery for outstanding service and patience. They were very supportive with my current situation and was able to turn the issue around very quickly. I am amazed at the reception staff and all their efforts. happy to be a patient and will recommend. Lovely service.
