Nice atmosphere. Good service and delicious food. They have an offer every Wednesday 30% on all menu items. All the items we tried were good especially the dynamite shrimp. If you try it you won’t regret it.

It was an amazing experience to have sushi in this restaurant. They provide very high quality food, delicious and tasty. Ms. Von was so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend. On Sundays they have sushi offers for 119 and on Wednesdays they give 40% discount on everything. In Butik Shams, Al Reem Island.

Food was really good, we had a lovely experience and would definitely go back again. Everything we tried was yummy. We had one portion of soup and splitted it and it was more than enough for one person. Noodles was really good however the amount of noodles compared to veggies is too minimal I’d ask for extra noodles les vegetables next time. Prices are very reasonable and we got FAZAA discount as well. Highly Recommended

Menu has good variety (a bit larger than needed). We had great sushi and a curry. Would definitely go back.
2nd visit May 2021: great service by Von, attentive and helpful. Tempura prawns and squid were 5 stars, fantastic! Volcano sushi and green dragon sushi are also excellent. The mains we had were good, but the curry I had the first time was much better. We will definitely return again.

As a first timer, awful experience. Lanes are on the wrong side with priority markings barely visible. Parking bays are narrow. You are forced to buy a day, costing £9.70. The app takes about 7 minutes to set up - very dated. No thought has been put into the user experience. Even the lift doesn’t label which floor the station is…

Never been here before. Hopeless durectional signage, despite boards saying payment could b by machine, there ARE no machines in car park, so had to download APCOA app, ,register, provide security details, card details, etc etc, Took 20 min and paid £10.50 for privilege of parking alongside porsches and range rovers...
Twice the price of other station car parks. Still, i suppose i got a space so should consider myself lucky... Managed to miss ny train of course. Will leave HH next time to company directors/bankers. They're welcome to it....

It's convenient, but poorly laid out. For some bizarre reason, they decided to make you become continental and drive on the wrong side of the road to go up and down the ramps.

As other reviews point out, it is near impossible to get a space if arriving after 9am on a weekday (or even 8am some days). There are 200 red bays for 'premier' season tickets, of which only about 50 are actually in use, so the rest go unused day in, day out, with no way to pay to utilise them when the rest of the car park is full. The premier charge is also over £100 more than a normal season ticket, which does not guarantee the holder a space despite a £1500 annual price tag.

The numberplate recognition has caught us out twice when we have paid but accidentally paid for the parking against our other car in the app. I contacted Apcoa to point this out and ask for the fee to be applied to the other vehicle to be told it isn't possible, so I had to wait for the penalty notice to come by post. They cancelled one charge, we are currently waiting for an outcome on the second (offence committed before we'd been notified for the first one!).

The company managing the car park has changed at least 3 times since it was built, so keep an eye out for the signage if you are parking here for the first time in a while. It's been Indigo, Saba and is currently Apcoa, all which need a new app every time.

Convenient way to avoid Brighton parking on the weekend but they got rid of the payment machine and it's all app based now, so prepare for the extra waste of time and grabbing of your personal data for no reason.

Touch wood never had a problem and not too expensive. Would be better if they changed the 0359 expire time as I happened to park at 00:00 one evening and have to get 2 days parking. It would make sense to pay a day and get a day but overall not bad.

I have seen worse and been stung by worse at a local shopping centre.

At lease this place has a decent app with reminder texts.

This car-park was built to replace the much smaller one that was no longer coping with the increased demand. Instead of thinking ahead and building a significantly bigger car-park the owners sold a massive area to the new Waitrose next door. This lack of any forsight has meant that this new car-park is already over subscribed.
I arrived at 10am one day to find the car-park was already full. I found an undesignated space but one that when I parked in it I was not in any way causing an obstruction. The only reason I parked was that I was catching the train for an important job interview. I had 2 choices - park and go to the interview or miss the interview.
I got a ticket and wrote back with the reasons I had parked. The heartless lot at Indigo declined my appeal and not only are charging me a £60 penalty they did not even take off the parking fee that I paid on the day.
This is an awful money-grabbing company typical of all companies that run or are associated with train transport in this country.
It would also be sensible if they operated a system whereby the status of available parking spaces were declared before you entered the car-park and spend 10 minutes looking for a space that was never available. Had I known that there was no spaces I could have tried to find parking elsewhere. And now of course knowing that I am taking a risk on being able to park at the station I will just not use the trains and drive instead.

If I could leave no stars I would.

Between the car park entrance and ticket machines, there are no prominent signs saying not to park in the yellow bays. The only sign I saw said not to park in the red bays, and the only bays I could see were yellow. A ticket for weekday parking was over £8 and I was given a £100 parking fine for parking in an unused yellow bay with no prominent signage to say this wasn't allowed. I do not recommend parking at Haywards Heath station car park, operated by Saba parking. The parking price is stupidly high , when there are hardly any parking spaces that you're allowed to park in. Plus for weekday parking you'd be lucky to get a space anyway.
Take too long to find somewhere to park, and you also run the risk of getting a fine from the numberplate recognition cameras.
You might as well leave your car at home and get the bus to the station, it'll be cheaper.

Beware! Money grabbing Company. Make sure you park in a clearly marked bay and wheels not over the lines. They will fine you at the slightest opportunity. Appeals don't work. They take the money every time. If it is full go elsewhere. Do NOT park in an area that looks free if not marked (I just had to pay £170 fine!!!!)
