Absolute best ever taxi service. Carl is so lovely and always remembers who we are. Never ever once been late, really good prices. Always helpful. Thanks Grab a Cab! Better than any other Kendal taxi service.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a taxi for 6:40 and saw it pulling out of my drive as I was walking home from getting cash out. Called the taxi rank and asked why it had just left and the guy on the phone told me he'd been waiting since 6:25 beeping outside my door. Note I left my house at 6:30 to get cash so he obviously wasn't there and I asked my neighbor if they'd heard them beep and they hadn't. The guy on the phone was literally shouting at me saying the guy had been there, trying to tell me this apparently invisible taxi had been waiting for me 15 minutes before I even booked my taxi...sort yourself.
