3* is for the environment. Place is good, clean and in an open area. However, the service is below basic. Waiting ages for the staff to come and take my food order.

I had a very bad experience for my first time at this Café, No body was outside to direct me for the sitting place, then after I choose a table to sit, the waiter came and asked me to go to another table as this table is reserved (even only me was there and all tables was empty), I asked her to stay until someone show up as alot of tables are available and alot of people are booking and doesn't attend.
