Was there for yarnbombing exhibtion which was great, so much in this little museum, i look forward to returning and learning even more!

Such a wonderful museum!
My daughter and I had a great time taking in the exhibits and the team of friendly, knowledgeable staff make you feel very welcome.
We returned throughout the summer for the children's activities taking my daughter's friends along too. The activities were excellent including brass rubbing to jewellery making and the ladies running the sessions were kind, patient and an inspiration to the children encouraging their questions and resilience when learning these new skills.
Thank you all! We can't wait for our next visit :)

As with the other compliments here, the Ware Museum is well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and will answer all your questions as well as informing you more great history facts.
Lots to see and soak in! It seems very small but we spent a good hour (almost 2) here and my husband isn't a huge fan of museums so that's saying something!

If you’re in the area, this small local museum is worth a visit. Entry is free but you can donate if you would like. The whole museum is run by volunteers who would like to keep the small towns history alive. Many activities to do and is a nice place to bring children to spend time.

Small but well worth an hour or two. Ware has some very interesting history and the volunteers who run this will ensure that when you leave you will know more about the importance of the town over the centuries.
