On my arrival into cardiff bay where we had come to spend the day with my family, We had decided to park in Q-Park as it’s central to all the local amenities at a great price! We had returned to find out my car battery had died! We were assisted by a lovely gentleman called Damon Morgan, he was fantastic! He provided me with a map of the local area and did everything he could to assist! After resolving my car problem he was very happy to recommend more activities that Cardiff Bay has to offer and we’ll be sure to come down again! Happy customer will definitely be returning, I hope you will pass on this message to Damon, a great asset to the team!

Great choice if you want to be right in the Bay, Needs better signs to explain how payment works, no mention of being able to tap your card out as well as in, only told to pay on the machines, and since there was no ticket given on entry, I had to pay £15 (should have been £8) for a lost ticket.

I pre booked this parking for a concert at the stadium. Unfortunately on return to my car it turned out my car battery had decided to die. Thankfully we had Damon Morgan the parking assistant working who was went out of his way to bring his car to mine and jump start mine, saving me waiting for a breakdown truck and with a 2.5 hour drive home this was not what we wanted. Damon was an absolute lifesaver and was so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him! Thank you Damon for making sure me and my sister got home!

Damon was great helping us with a couple of queries relating to our 3 day use of the car park and then giving us directions from the car park to the accommodation we had booked.

The car park is actually in a nice location. We were staying in the Premier inn next door which helped us save a bit of money on parking fees.

On the Sunday, (16.04.23) our car battery had died over night. Left the ambient lights on and it just flat out died. I happened to see a man (Rob) cleaning the public areas and asked him for help with the battery to which he tried to charge it for us, but that didn’t work so he went out of his way to then bring his own car round and jumpstart us. After a few goes the engine finally kicked in and he let us stay attached a little longer to make sure it was going to be okay. he was an absolute star!!

Without him, we wouldn’t have know what to do. Rob we there in our time if need as we travel Back to England tomorrow, since we came down for our honeymoon. He saved our day and I couldn’t be more grateful! So kind and polite. I hope he gets recognised for this!

I love the way Staff member Jack always has a smile and a happy manor while dealing with customers even at the end of a long shift .
I must add that all staff I have encountered in Cardiff have offered great costumer service. Which makes parking in Cardiff bay stress free

I took 6 grandchildren to a show at Wales Millenium Centre and parked at q-park close to the theatre. On going to collect the car I realised I had lost my set of keys and luckily had a spare car key with me. I phoned the next morning and Karl Leggett said they had been handed in and offered to post them to me. I was absolutely delighted and received them the following day. Such a kind man and he even rang me to say if they didn’t turn up then he had the tracking number! Great service and 5 seats from me! Thank you so much Karl.

We arrived at Qpark at Cardiff Bay at nearly 11pm after a very long evening trying to figure out a way from Merthyr Tydfil to Neath without using Motorway 435 if I can remember right. M435 was torn apart and completely under construction and our GPS totally wanted us to keep trying to access it. When we finally got to our hotel (Premier Inn) and were so excited to park and go to sleep, we found ourselves a bit worried about parking our minibus in this carpark. My son and I were both out trying to guide my husband in maneuvering a bigger vehicle than we are used to driving. Little did we know that DAMON MORGAN was watching us on CCTV. He came over and was quick to be sympathetic and yet confident that we could do it and then helped guide and encourage my husband up the narrow ramp to the second level where we would have had to go up either that night or the next morning to exit. He led us to the perfect parking spot that allowed us an easy exit the next morning. He was very patient, understanding, helpful, and friendly. He changed our night in a big way by offering help in getting parked and on our way. Thanks again, DAMON, we really appreciate you!
