The little man behind the counter is without a doubt the rudest staff member I’ve ever come across, his attitude was unpleasant and incredibly unhelpful for no reason, I had the correct email with tracking number and he could’ve been kind and pointed me in the right direction to locate my parcel instead decided to sit there with a disgusting smirk on his face practically refusing to properly check if my package had arrived, you really don’t deserve to have customers with an attitude so poor, something must be lacking in the trouser department to feel the need to lord it over people, I feel sorry for you.
Edit to reply to the owner- You completely misunderstand that I have been sent a valid email from the company saying the parcel has been delivered to YOUR post office on welsh street, in addition to this companies are offering YOUR post office address as an option for collection, this is something you need to sort out otherwise people are ordering goods and being told that your shop is a valid collection location, the point isn’t whether you “do evri” or not, it’s the fact that the least you could’ve done was to be polite and help me locate WHERE IN FACT the parcel is if it is indeed not at your post office, your poor customer service skills are the issue.

Lovely little post office. Beautiful cards for all occasions, Photo Booth, Lottery tickets, some food and drink as well as usual stationary supplies. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Have had help with passport renewal and got my foreign currency and money travel card from them. Only negative is I haven’t won the lottery….. yet ???? !!!! Everything else is just great. Well done and thank you Chepstow Post Office ????????

Did my banking in here now that HSBC has closed. Easy peasy. Just use your debit card and pay in the cash.

had some foreign currency I wished to change, the lady asked me 3 times what part of Ireland I was from, I relay southern, she went off said she'd check currency, came back declaring my currency note was not in her book indicating that what I was presenting was false, I was disgusted, I subsequently got my currency changed in Debenhams ! Just because I was irish she assumed my currency was fake, racially misguided closed minded and what can I say - poor service

Always helpful, professional service and useful cards, stationary as well as typical newsagent magazines oh and milk/sweets/crisps and little things.
