Not recommended worst branch ever! it’s not the first time to come and rudely someone takes my turn in the drive thru line, that’s is so rude and shows how unprofessional and unorganized the line is to reach the microphone stand to order.

Unfortunately today i was treated with unacceptable and disrespectful behavior from (Muneeb and Ahmed), after telling Muneeb my order he asked if i will only order one drink? i said yes until the line is fixed for the drive thru?

When i reached the pick up window Ahmed said what did you order? you order from the there???? (that shows how are they decided to treat me in a bad way!) then Muneeb came and said that i didn’t complete the order which i did (one cold brew tall) i don’t know what else he needed? that’s my full order and it’s clear. I left without taking the order of course, i will never pay for this disrespectful service and behavior.

The manger and the worker were so rude. They accused me of cutting the line and did not want to take my order and closed the window, even when I told them to check in the camera if I cut the line they did not want to do that. So bad service, never again. They do not deserve to work there

The first thing I do every single morning is stop at the Starbucks Drive Thru. Might be a long wait in the car (definitely a shorter wait if you park and pick up your coffee), however; the wait to me has always been worth it. Greeted right upon saying ‘hello’ at the microphone, with some of the sweetest and hilarious staff you will ever meet — the type of individuals that will turn a bad morning (mood) into the best.

Starbucks staff are probably what has me pushing to be a better morning person. I honestly have been picking up the same drink for the last 7 years of my life, to the point of having my drink often prepared and ready while waiting in line (before ordering), and being greeted by name (acknowledging my drink is already in preparation) every time I say ‘hello’ (at the mic), while waiting at the drive thru.

I have always interacted with similar staff, including, Ahmed, Kalpana, Joel, Ezekiel and James. At times when other staff are the ones greeting me at the window, they never fail to make my morning so much better.

Being a person who will always sub for dairy alternatives due to health, I am always amazed to be offered a variety of alternatives that satisfy me to my fullest; even in the instances of (if) when one is not available. Hot drinks are always served to the hottest (upon request) ensuring they stay warm by the end of your journey — especially if you’re picking up for work.

Overall, the Starbucks Drive Thru is probably one of my biggest go-to places for a cup of coffee, not only for the coffee itself but for the amazing energy that is radiated by the staff too — making the overall experience so wonderful and that’s even if there was a long queue before making it to that window.

The service was very friendly. Starbucks has amazing coffee in my opinion i got the white mocha frappe and it was delicious. It was very expensive but worth it . I recommend coming here .

The person who made my matcha charge us for another drink i didn’t order , when i said white mocha pump they did both pump AND drink , i was wondering why it was so expensive and then they ended up giving me a drink i didn’t even want ! waste of money

I had to edit my review a year later from how this drive thru branch has changed over the past year.. I think they changed most of the previous employees
The drinks taste worse than all other branches, they rarely get the orders right & they’ve literally been charging me additional 3-6 dirhams the past 4 times..
I noticed twice & twice paid without noticing.
Very disappointing since this branch was the best in khalifa city A before.
Never going back again
