As ex Employee at the Cardiff depot .
My Daughter had purchased a house in Pontypridd and I informed her about the Pontypridd depot as it was very close to her property. We decided to use the ponty depot for materials . The staff are all very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble.
We found Rhys and the lads in the office very helpful. Thanks to you all

I'm doing a garage/dining room conversion, Rhys was very helpful with advice and fast delivery straight to the room I wanted it in. I had to return some items as I'd over ordered and needed some extra items fairly quickly and the whole process was effortless. Thanks to all concerned.

The team in Pontypridd are first rate. Very friendly, helpful and kind... not at all like Building Merchants I have encountered before. Reasonable prices, fast delivery in vehicles that do not require and airport runway to off load. What customer service should be but so rarely is. You might find a merchant as good but you certainly will not find one better… so why bother looking.

Great place nice staff very helpful will help you get the right products for the job you need them for will measure and even cut the wood to fit into your vehicle visited many times now cheapest place around for wood nails screws patio slabs postcreate and many more products. recommend if you want to save money
